Solfeggio frequencies and how solfeggio music can change your life

Music is life and life is music.

And music is a frequency. You are a frequency. Your plant is a frequency. Your cat is a frequency.

Scientists and musicians have started to collaborate. Because they both found out that the frequency of the music can reduce anxiety and health issues.

Doctor Joseph Puleo confirmed in the 70s that solfeggio frequencies are so beneficial for the body and mind health and some physical health issues, too.

In his research, he used mathematical neuronal reduction to identify six measurable tones that bring the body back into balance and help to heal.

What are solfeggio frequencies?

So what exactly solfeggio frequencies do?

They affect the conscious and subconscious mind to stimulate healing and promote vitality.

In 1988 biochemist Dr Glen Rein made a discovery that confirmed the impact of different music on human DNA.

Dr Rein made a few experiments with different frequencies.

The first one is Gregorian frequency – 432 Hz music that helps transmit beneficial healing energy. It’s a pure tone of math, fundamental to nature. And I am so happy because I made a meditation with this frequency and with some positive affirmations as well.

The second experiment was with classical music and the third one was with rock music.

So, before I explain to you these experiments, you need to know that an essential function of healthy DNA is called “UV light absorption”.

To assess the effect of each type of music, Dr Rein measured the UV light absorption rate of the DNA.

The Gregorian chants have the most positive, even healing effect by increasing the UV light absorption between 5% and 9%.

Classical music increased UV light absorption by a small amount.

And rock music decreased UV light absorption. As a consequence, it was harming the DNA.

After that amazing discovery, a lot of other researchers showed that solfeggio frequencies have profound mental, emotional, and physical effects.

So, as you can see, frequency sounds do produce a serious effect for better or worse on health and well-being.

How and when to listen to solfeggio music?

After this clarification, you need to know how and when to listen to solfeggio music.

Many people feel happier, relaxed, and less anxious during or after their first listening session.

And I will keep repeating this to you…

If you want a real effect you need to make this a habit and do it for at least 21 days and at least 15 minutes per day.

If you want as well to really feel relief, you need to add positive affirmations.

You can listen to it when you go to work, in the car, during a face care session, during your gym session, and at work, as well, when you need a break.

And I will make some meditations to give you the boost that you need during the day.
